An updated and more cost effective version of the famous MDT-29 and MDT-33, the CAT298 also features a treated 1-1/8" soft dome, ferrofluid cooling, and aluminum voice coil, but without the double magnet system and damped rear chamber. Very smooth on-and off-axis frequency response.
